Privacy & inquiry handling

What you submit

The Build form asks for your name, email, cooperation type and message. Institution, location, frontier, initiative and capabilities are optional. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential research.

Purpose and access

Inquiries are stored privately for manual review and follow-up. They are not public website content, a marketing subscription or input to automated profiling. Saving does not confirm a partnership or trigger an automatic email.

Storage

New inquiries use the Qoriant Neon database in Singapore. Earlier inquiries remain in the private storage archive. Access requires server-side credentials; the review export requires authorization. Hosting services also process requests to operate the website.

Corrections and deletion requests

Email us if you want to correct or request removal of an inquiry. These requests are handled manually; please identify the email used in your submission without sending additional sensitive material.
